Konrad Kiljan is a political communication expert. He researches argumentation and emotional dynamics in cooperation with the Laboratory of Media Studies, ComPathos and Polish Academy of Sciences. Author of international educational programs with Polska Debatuje Foundation and International Debate Education Association.
PhD candidate at the University of Warsaw, graduate of St. Andrews University. He supports CEE DDW’s communications and project work.
