Joanna, based in Warsaw, is a China analyst at the CAA at the University of Łódź, Fellow at the Young Voices and foreign interference expert at CEE Digital Democracy Watch. Joanna has also collaborated with institutions such as the National Bureau of Asian Research, Casimir Pulaski Foundation, CHOICE and MapInfluenCE.
She graduated from the prestigious interdisciplinary MISH College at the University of Warsaw with majors in Sinology and Law. Academically engaged, her research on Chinese nationalism and patriotic education is funded by the Polish Ministry of Education. Her expertise covers society management in China, the EU-China, especially Poland-China relations, and non-traditional security threats.
