At CEE Digital Democracy Watch, he aims to detect and disrupt malicious information operations while formulating policy recommendations to build resilience against digital threats.
Previously, Dobromił worked as a public affairs consultant, advising key stakeholders in the tech sector on regulatory challenges and strategic communications.
He holds a degree in Politics and Philosophy from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Information Security at the War Studies University in Warsaw.
