Diana Strzałkowska-Grad is ań attorney-at-law specialising in merger and acquisition transactions as well as corporate law. Diana is registered on the list of legal advisors at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw since 2022.
Diana graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw in 2017. She also completed the British Law School program organized by the University of Warsaw in collaboration with the University of Cambridge from 2014 to 2016.
