On 27th of November in Warsaw we kicked off a series of workshops on Protecting Digital Civic Space in the EU. We connected the day-to-day of civic communications in digital space with the legal landscape around disinfo and election integrity. Those issues emerge as one of the European Commission’s main priorities for the 2024-2029 term with implementation of Digital Services Act, digital election guidelines and upcoming European Democracy Shield.
